Consulting
I take on a small amount of consulting work as a side project. Much of it focuses on helping people work smarter with the tools they already have, along with supporting nonprofits through practical business and technical guidance.
In my role at Microsoft, I've also led several internal projects that improved workflow, communication, and knowledge sharing across teams. That experience shapes how I approach problems: start simple, focus on clarity, and deliver solutions people actually use.
I focus on:
Workflow and process automation
Using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and simple custom apps to remove repetitive work.
Individual and team productivity
Creating lightweight systems that make daily tasks easier, not more complicated.
Business workflow improvements
Clarifying how work moves through a team, then tightening the steps so things flow better.
Business and operational consulting for nonprofits
Helping nonprofits improve clarity, efficiency, and day-to-day operations.
Web projects for nonprofits
Building clean, easy-to-manage websites and small web applications that support mission-driven work.
My approach
My approach is straightforward: solve the real problem without over-engineering. The goal is always a clear return on effort — small changes that create outsized value.
